What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that appointments be canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time. 50% of the service total will be charged if not cancelled in this time frame. “No-show” appointments will be charged 100%. For waitlist appointments that are accepted when a slot opens and then canceled or “no-show”, we charge 100% of the service total.
